Review:

Red Moon was a fine adventure, even by the high standards of Level 9 but this game was even better. The plot is nothing spectacular but still has some very original elements. The pictures are nothing special and the parser does not promise all sorts of fancy tricks and word combinations.

What makes this game so special is how easy it is to get involved with. There are a great number of locations, many of which can be found with little effort and the puzzles are all top notch leaving a feeling of satisfaction when solved.

Overall this is one of the best constructed and most enjoyable adventures ever released on any computer even to this day. There was a certain snobbish idea of the time that Infocom produced the best adventures in the world but that was a typical American view. This game wins over any of their products hands down!
